My ' wild dream' chutney!! Teams beautifully with baked fish or Smoked Salmon. It has a wonderful combination of lime and lots of ginger which enhances a large range of foods. Compliments a curry very nicely and added to light sour cream it can be used as a side dish. Enjoy with beef and chicken. Make it as an addition to your cheese platter. Yumm...
